Welcome to BOSS Services. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by BOSS Services for HVAC, 1-Day Bathrooms, Kitchens, Water Heaters, or any other service provided. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
BOSS Services provides professional HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, bathroom upgrades, kitchen upgrades, water heater installaiton, maintenance, repair, and other miscellaneus services. All services are subject to availability and performed in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

  • Scope of Work: A scope of work will be provided in a written quote before services begin.
  • Changes: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.

2. Payments

  • Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Terms: A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of invoice date may incur a late fee of 6%.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, and credit cards. We also offer financing through one of our trusted financing partners.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after 3 days or if work has begun or materials have been ordered.
  • Refunds: Refunds for completed work are at the discretion of BOSS Services and subject to inspection of the work performed.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship: We warrant our workmanship for 1 year from the date of completion, covering defects due to improper installation.
  • Materials: Materials are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We will facilitate warranty claims as needed.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Clients must provide reasonable access to the work site during agreed-upon hours.
  • Permits: BOSS Services will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients must provide access to the inspector for all required inspections after the work is completed.
  • Safety: Clients must ensure the work site is safe and free of hazards.

6. Liability

  • Limitation: BOSS Services is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of services provided.
  • Property Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., structural issues).
  • Insurance: We maintain general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed and materials ordered.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Berrien County, Michigan.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan. Any legal proceedings will take place in Berrien County, Michigan.

10. Changes to Terms
BOSS Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
