Rodney hopefully solved the problem, what a gentleman! One of the few men I have met that listens to a female and doesn’t write her off as being a woman thanks for sending him to me thanks for hiring him he’s an asset to your company! I feel totally relieved and know that he has done all he could to fix the problem and I know for sure it’s a defect he will fix that problem too. Been with Boss for about a year now couldn't be happier with the service they provide. My AC system was about 27 years old had a break down and after I had a tech come out to look at it I decided to just go ahead and upgrade the system.  Boss sent out Tyler do discuss what system I could go with along with the price and payment options Tyler was vary professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I had a couple of more questions about what we were thinking about getting and Tyler came out next day at a time were my wife and I were both home and could talk about our questions. After we decided what we would go with Boss put us on the schedule. Techs came out on time and really did an amazing job Joshua and Chris vary professional. When I say they did a great job I mean it they didnt stop tell the job was done. They had to do some custom work on our vents and ran into issues but got it figured out and installed. They started at around 1000 and didnt leave tell about 2300. They did ask how long they could work before of course. Tyler called me back the next day to see how everything was and i had questions about the thermostat we had installed. I had them install it in a area that i liked but maybe not the best for functionality. That was my fault but Tyler was onboard with getting to were i was happy with it. Joahua and Chris came out next day fixed it to were i was happy with it.  All did a fantastic job happy with the work the warranty they provided and the financial options aswell.  House is cool and comfortable.
