BOSS Services is Prepared 24/7, Thanks to Office Manager, Jamie!

This week on “Raising the Standard,” BOSS Services’ podcast with WSJM News On-Air Personality, Jim Gifford, BOSS owner Jeff Street brings a guest — BOSS’s amazing Office Manager, Jamie!  Jamie is the definition of BOSS Lady, keeping everyone on task and making sure technicians are prepared every time they arrive to a service call (on-time or early, of course!).

Because BOSS has real people like Jamie answering the phones 24/7.  She says it’s her job to understand the issue you’re having, as well as asking questions like, “How long has this been going on?” or “How old is your system?”  Then she assigns a technician to the task, and makes sure they get out to your home as soon as possible.  Often, you’ll even hear Jamie on the phone at 3am because BOSS wants to ensure someone can always come out to your home all hours of the day or night when there’s an emergency, like having no heat when it’s freezing outside or when a frozen pipe bursts, flooding your basement.
